Guy DiMemmo is responsible for the creation of the VCS suite of workforce management products currently in use today. Prior to founding VCS in 1998, Mr. DiMemmo spent years researching and working side-by-side with police and corrections officers to develop, test, modify, and then further enhance these systems. As founder and CEO of Visual Computer Solutions, Mr. DiMemmo leads a dedicated staff of scheduling professionals and programmers to service hundreds of clients throughout North America. Mr. DiMemmo additionally serves on the Board of Directors for the Credit Union of New Jersey.
SCOTT WALTER, COO
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - VISUAL COMPUTER SOLUTIONS
Chief Operating Officer of Visual Computer Solutions, Scott Walter was instrumental in the initial concept and design of the VCS Scheduling Platform. With a background in Technology, Data Forensics, Law Enforcement and Federal Government program development and management, Mr. Walter brought to fruition the latest Implementation and Support programs offered by VCS. As Chief Operating Officer for VCS, Mr. Walter is responsible for securing efficient business operations for the VCS and Jobs4Blue business entities while driving extensive sustainable growth along with managing VCS' technology infrastructure, the VCS Support and Implementation teams and supporting application development.
COVENANT HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE
Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, Jen Williams moved “down the shore” following completion her degree in psychology from Liberty University. After marrying her childhood sweetheart, she began working at Covenant House Atlantic City in 1997. Her roles over the years have included Youth Advisor, Risk Reduction Specialist, Health Services Manager, Program Development/Outreach Coordinator, Coordinator of Crisis Residential, and Coordinator of Covenant House’s YouthBuild Program. Presently, she is South Jersey’s Senior Development Manager where she is involved in marketing, special events, donor cultivation, and communications. Jen also oversees operations at Covenant House’s Camden Drop-In Center. Her main focus currently is connecting faith based and civic groups to their work with the aim of galvanizing enough support to keep the lights on and the doors open. Inspired by missions trips with her church at a young age, Jen feels blessed to be able to seek and serve not only kids at Covenant House but also folks in the community who want to support Covenant House’s mission. After 22 years of service, she is still dedicated to serving the “least of these” and looks forward to the years ahead with Covenant House.
Francisco Espinosa is a VCS lead onboarding specialist with over 7 years of experience providing online and onsite training services to VCS clientele. Francisco is instrumental in the development of the VCS on-boarding process and additionally assists with software assurance, quality control and knowledge base development. Francisco is an experienced trainer and presenter and has been a repeat presenter at prior VCS User Conference events.
As a junior member of the VCS onboarding team, Josh provides both online and onsite training services to VCS clientele and is responsible for the successful creation of the VCS training database successfully used today to propel on-boarding services. Josh works as a payroll specialist supporting VCS customers in the development of payroll exports and custom report design.
Robert is a VCS lead on-boarding specialist with over 6 years of relevant technical expertise ensuring implementation success with VCS workforce management solutions. Prior to becoming an instructor, Rob worked on the customer support team as a software support technician responsible for the resolution of service impacting issues for the VCS client base. Robert‘s strengths include his extensive knowledge of the VCS Payroll Export Designer and his unique ability to adapt and support to the needs of VCS clientele.
As a senior software engineer, Simon is responsible for the overall design and development of the VCS platform. Current projects include the development of innovations in VCS technology including the design of the framework for VCS’ Jobs4Blue platform. Possessing an in depth knowledge of the inner workings of VCS software solutions, Simon is a seasoned VCS system expert who leads the VCS development team in creating solutions that meet the workforce management challenges of today.
One of the longest tenured members of the VCS team, Cathy Leone oversees the Marketing, Business Development and HR departments for VCS. Cathy began her career in Education having graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Cathy came to VCS in 2007 and has witnessed the growth of the organization over the years having been instrumental in its progress and success. She additionally serves as Chairman for Evolution Exchange and is responsible for the planning and execution of this event.
